This Skyway Development acquisition – the company’s third investment in the booming Flatiron District – is a 60,000 square foot, twelve-story luxury office building at 30 West 21st Street.

 

Wonder Works provided a comprehensive interior renovation and meticulous restoration of the Neo-Renaissance historic facade with elaborate copper and terracotta accents throughout. 

30 West 21st Street is now an office building that attracts dynamic companies that appreciate the building’s newly designed spaces that combine open, loft-style work areas with more traditional office layouts.
