This 163-unit luxury condominium in the Financial District was a complete renovation and 2-story glass addition to the famous Aetna building constructed in 1939.
The successful project was completed in 18 months and completely sold out in under 24-months for developer Leviev Fulton Club, which includes Wonder Works president Joseph Klaynberg as a member.
